Data we process

When you create an account, Pomoro processes your email address, password hash, tasks, timer settings, timer state, device-presence information, and activity values you choose to share from HealthKit. Passwords are never stored in plaintext.

Why we process it

We use this information only to authenticate you, synchronize Pomoro across your devices, operate the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Storage and sharing

Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored by our hosting providers. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. We disclose data only to service providers needed to operate Pomoro or when legally required.

Health data

HealthKit data is used only to show activity alongside focus information. It is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with data brokers.

Retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account is active. You can delete the account and synchronized data from Settings in any Pomoro app. For export or assisted deletion, follow the instructions on the support page.

Your choices

You may use Pomoro locally without an account. You can revoke Health access in Apple Health settings and log out at any time.
